Your privacy is important. Only the information that is absolutely required to provide high-quality service is stored, as noted below.  

1. The only personally identifiable information stored is your name and your phone number. This is the basic and least amount of information required to securely authenticate you. If you provide an incorrect phone number, or if the number you provide cannot receive texts containing authentication codes, you will not be able to use the STEM Dotz App.
2. No information about you is ever shared with anyone outside of the STEM Dotz organization at any time.
3. Information that is part of the STEM Dotz App, including but not limited to, view history, notes, question responses and data, is stored securely and is never shared with any third party. This information is used to target areas of interest of the STEM Dotz users for the creation of further activities, for statistical analysis, and for other internal business purposes. If you do not want to have this information collected through your use of the STEM Dotz App, you will need to stop using the app.
4. Do not include personally identifiable information in the notes/photos you include with your STEM Dotz App data, especially if you intend to share your results with others. If such information is included, everything in our power will be done to protect your privacy; however, you are still responsible for protecting your own privacy by carefully considering the information you reveal publicly about yourself while using the STEM Dotz App.
5. You may request your account be deleted at any time by visiting your profile page in the STEM Dotz App. You will receive a confirmation message in the app itself.
